My husband and I are writing this letter because we are very pleased with our new bathroom and living room. From meeting Dan Kreis for the estimate to working with Dave every phase of this job has been excellent. Once we started this project Dave coordinated every phase and it went like clockwork.

The work was perfect and professionally done. We want to recognize Dave and his crew.

-Rick and Brian the carpenters did a superior job, especially repurposing our corner cabinet.
-Mike did a perfect job on plumbing
-Tom and John did the painting and I appreciate their advice. We love the color.
-Casey and Jeff handled the electricity and all is well.
-Eddie and his brother put the tile down perfectly. The shower door tech commented on how well it was put on.
-The floor is absolutely beautiful. We love the color and appreciate David and Eddie for their job.

We wanted to thank Petra, and in particular Matt for the fine job that was done in completing
our home renovation recently. When the contract began, we were told that it would be a 4-month
renovation and that’s exactly what occurred. Regarding the cost: the agreed price was met, and
additional extras were mutually agreed to.

In particular, we wanted to commend Matt for his overall oversight of the renovation from start
to finish. He was accessible and available when we had questions or needed to talk. His organization and coordination with the various subcontractors worked seamlessly and promptly.

In summary, we appreciated the renovation that Petra performed for us, and we have had a half
a dozen neighbors tour the work in progress and comment favorably on it.

My wife and I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how pleased we were with your services. Estimator Keith treated us very well from the beginning of the process as well as project manager Matt to the completion.

Ted completed most of our kitchen installation with the assistance of Earl. Ted’s workmanship was excellent. He made sure every detail down to the littlest things was done properly and
professionally. Ted’s pleasant demeanor was an additional plus.

The subcontractors also were timely and did outstanding work. The most personal contact we had with the subcontractors was with the cabinet distributor, CareFree Kitchens. Todd S. from CareFree was also excellent at standing behind the warranty. We had a damaged drawer and several shelves, which were replaced in a few days.

Matt made the whole thing come together. We never had any worries, since we discovered in the very beginning of the construction that if we had any questions or concerns Matt would be there to handle them. It was very refreshing to call someone and have them answer the phone or call back almost immediately. Matt also would stop by often during the work process to ensure quality control and make sure things were moving along.

The craftsmanship was excellent. But what was truly outstanding was all your employees that we had direct contact with; Keith, Matt, Ted, Earl, and Larry were polite, pleasant, timely, and professional. These attributes were greatly appreciated. We believe the mark of a great company is its front-line representatives.
